The Salsa Cowchipper is the amalgamation of the Salsa Cowbell and Salsa Woodchipper bars. This bar is made of 6000 series aluminum and sports a, larger than average, 24 degree flare from the hoods to the drops. This bar is no-nonsense, simple, and affordable, there’s nothing here you don’t need! We think this is a great choice for your first flared ‘gravel’ bar. You can expect this bar to be 11cm wider end to end than when measured at the hoods.
