If what you want is not listed here on the site there is still a very strong chance we can get you the parts you need. What Is Your Return Policy?

At Kissing Crows Outpost we aim to provide you with the support you need to get your purchases right the first time. Our customer service team is trained to answer your part compatibility, fit, and product specification questions so you don’t need to worry about picking up the wrong items in the first place. That being said, sometimes returns and exchanges are no longer avoidable. If you do need to start the return process, or have questions about eligibility, please see our ‘Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty’ page to get started. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yup! With the exception of All City and Salsa complete bicycles, we will be shipping nearly everywhere in the World. During our soft launch we will only be offering shipping within Canada, but every week we are preparing more and more product for international sales and shipping. We will certainly let you know when integrated shipping options for all of you all over the World is ready! If you have more questions about shipping please see our dedicated ‘Shipping’ page.

What I Received Is Not What I Ordered. What Do I Do? 

Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] so we can rectify the situation. If we conclude that we have made an error in fulfilling your purchase we will cover the cost of return shipping and new shipping charges and will get you your product(s) as fast as possible. Don’t be shy to reach out!  

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit card payments. If none of these options will work for you, you can always stop by our brick and mortar shop, Kissing Crows Cyclery and pay cash or to setup an E-Transfer. We are located at 4562 Main Street, Vancouver, B.C. 

Do You Offer Any Layaway or Payment Financing Options?
