Replacement cleats for your Shimano SPD-SL 3 bolt road cleat system. We generally recommend yellow cleats, they are also the same cleat that comes stock with Shimano brand pedals. For less float (the amount of movement you get before you can disengage from the pedal,) choose the blue cleat set, and for 0 movement choose the red cleat set. These cleats are compatible with Shimano brand pedals and will work on any 3 bolt ‘road style’ shoe, regardless of the brand.
