Modern geometry makes the Sorceress spirited and stable on descents and nicely efficient on climbs. Confidently drop in, float over features and descend the rowdiest of single track. Run it geared or single-speed with the introduction of the DUH dropout, a patent pending system that allows you to run multiple speeds with a UDH hanger/full-Mount drivetrain, or swap in a single-speed chip. (This version comes with Shimano Deore 12-speed drivetrain) Maximized standover height provides ample space for longer dropper posts so there is less chance your saddle interferes with your descent. In summary, the Surly Sorceress blends modern trail geometry, versatile drivetrain options, and a durable steel frame to deliver a confident, adaptable ride that climbs efficiently and thrives on aggressive descents!
