Local Pickup

 

We offer free local pickup! To ensure your order is ready when you arrive, please wait for a pickup notification from our web-store team

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

 

We use UPS Standard and Canada Post Expedited Parcel for domestic shipments

Alternatives (including air services for extra speedy delivery!) are available upon request, reach out to lauren@kissingcrowscyclery.com 

 

Orders $200 CAD and Over

Free shipping on orders $200 CAD and over (before tax)

Excludes frames and complete bikes (see below)

Orders Under $200 CAD

Flat rate shipping of $20 CAD on orders under $200 CAD (before tax)

Frames & Complete Bikes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In some cases, additional charges may apply if the calculated rate does not fully cover shipping (it happens!) If so, we’ll contact you directly before fulfilling the order

US Shipping

 

We ship to the United States using UPS Standard and Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA, with rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package size

Please note that US customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges, determined by US import regulations. These fees are typically due upon delivery.

International Shipping

 

We offer international shipping using UPS Worldwide Expedited and Canada Post Xpresspost International at calculated rates based on destination and package size

Order Processing

 

We process and ship orders Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays that may affect our schedule

 

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) are usually processed the same day

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day

Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships

While specific services are available at checkout, we may select the most efficient option to ensure prompt delivery of your package
