Order Processing
We process orders for pick up Sunday through Thursday and ship orders Monday through Thursday. This excludes holidays that may affect our schedule.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next processing day
Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup! To ensure your order is ready when you arrive, please wait for a pickup notification from our web-store team

Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We use a variety of ground shipping services for domestic shipments with a preference for utilizing Canadian Companies (Canada Post/Canpar). Your shipping service will be selected based on the lowest available cost and fastest delivery time.

Orders Under $200 CAD
Flat rate shipping of $20 CAD on orders under $200 CAD (before tax)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In some cases, additional charges may apply if the calculated rate does not fully cover shipping (it happens!) If so, we’ll contact you directly before fulfilling the order
US Shipping
We ship to the United States using Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA and DHL, with rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
We do not ship complete bikes to the U.S
Please note that US customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges, determined by US import regulations. Duties will be calculated and collected at checkout
