The Ahearne+MAP handlebar was designed to be a comfortable all around commuter bar. It has an ergonomic bend that follows the natural hand position of a rider, making it easy on the wrists. The design is based on the old Cinelli "Pope" bar, and has been adapted to fit modern mountain bike brake levers and shifter, that means this bar will take any 22.2mm (7/8”) compatible component. There is a 25mm rise from the stem clamp, which means the bar can also be flipped and used with a drop if that’s your preference.
