The Nitto R-10 Rear Bag Support is our favourite piece of kit to use as a heavy-duty bag support. Instead of mounting to a braze-on on the frame this mini-rack mounts directly to the seat post. We really like this because it tucks the rack in nice and close to the bike and makes it really effective for holding up large saddle bags like the Swift Industries Zeitgeist, Carradice Camper Longflap, Ron's Fabios Chest, or Wizard Works Shazam. Nitto claims the post clamp works with 26.8mm and 27.2mm posts but we've successfully used it on posts as big as 30.9mm. It may work on something wider but you'll have to try that out for yourself. 

As with all Nitto products you can expect the highest quality of craftspersonship and beautiful, stainless steel construction. This rack is also much lighter than your average full sized rack so you can save those precious grams while out on tour!
